This is old news to some but new news to me.

With the recommendation of a few “top” bloggers and a couple of great salesmen, I purchased a page on the MillionDollarWiki site.  Ok, so the concept seemed like a good one at the time.  Although, similar sites have been up before (ie. pixel pages, cloud pages, etc.)  I’m hoping that it will still fly.  I wouldn’t be so mad if it wasn’t $100!

So, now this Graham guy has the site up for sale on SitePoint.  Last time I checked, the bid was a little over $10K.  He is selling the site to fund his entrecard.com project.  (Signed up for that one too!  Haven’t done anything with it yet).  Bastard!  Right now I see my MDW page as a glorified, yet limited, blogger.com page that I can use for SEO for another domain.

Point of this post:  None!

Ok, so this has nothing to do with affiliate marketing, seo, or otherwise, but I want to share nonetheless.

I was watching the local news last night, and low an behold, there was another sexual predator captured after having sexual relations with a minor. I catch the news quite often and see this type of story just as often. After the story aired, the anchor went to the streets to show people how to use the internet to find sexual offenders (with a minor or a sexual offender in general). The looks on these people’s faces! They had no clue that an offender either lived in their neighborhood or lived near their child’s school.
