Cash Making Power Sites

Cash Making Power Sites Review

I don’t typically like to place product reviews on this site because I feel it detracts from the main purpose of this blog which is to give free, useful affiliate marketing information. However, I purchased a program called Cash Making Power Sites the other day for the sole reason that I knew that this program could make money with little or no work involved. I am a supreme advocate of working hard to make a buck, but when a “lazy” opportunity comes along…I’m going to jump!

With that being said, just answer some questions for me:

  • Would you like to have a bunch of different pre-made landing pages at your disposal?
  • Would you like to automatically build a huge email list of potential buyers?
  • Would you like to be involved in profitable niches…already picked out for you?
  • Would you like to make real money online?

Yes…Yes…Yes…Yes.  Ok, so I think you should read on.

Websites for Sale

I am a member of a dozen or so popular webmaster forums. And, if you take a look through each one of them - whether it be in the buy/sell sections or marketing threads - you will always find someone asking about:

  • how to make a website
  • how to make a landing page
  • how to build an email list
  • how to make money online

There you go!  With this program, you have killed 4 birds with one stone.  Once again, as I mentioned earlier, this is all done on autopilot.  You get 5 money making websites that are actually run by the authors.  You don’t have to maintain them at all!  Let’s do the math here…you’ve got 5 websites which equal 5 different lists.  These sites are guaranteed to make money for you or your money back.

Give this system a try and let me know how it goes for you. My lists are building daily and I couldn’t be more excited! If for whatever reason it doesn’t work for you, just contact me and we’ll get you a quick refund. Take a look at some screen shots at www.cashmakingpowersites.com and I believe that you will understand why these lists build themselves. You can actually order from this page also. Good luck!

Clickbank Products

Affiliate Marketing with Clickbank

Earlier, I spoke briefly about selling a Clickbank product through article marketing. Article marketing is still a highly effective means of promotion and we will incorporate this into this little tutorial as well. Backing up a bit…For the sake of sparing details for this post, I am going to assume that you have already signed up for Clickbank and generally know how to create a hoplink, know html, etc. If you don’t know a thing about Clickbank and want to learn more, visit Steven Blackman’s internet marketing blog and download the Clickbank Guide found on the right side of the page.

If you are a beginner at affiliate marketing, I feel that Clickbank is the best avenue to start with. While all of the products are digital, I believe that there is a product in the Clickbank directory for everyone. You can find e-books and programs anywhere from training your pet iguana to website builders to learning hypnosis. Yes, some of these guides seem far-fetched…yet, they sell. Regardless of what you choose, it is wise to know a lot information about the product you are promoting. If at all possible, I always recommend purchasing the product you are reviewing or recommending so you can give an honest and thorough report. On the other hand, I know that it can become costly to purchase all of these books, software programs, etc. At this point, I would try to take as much from the author’s sales page and put your own twist or personality to it.

New Clickbank Products

Ok, I’m going to give you a strategy that can really work in your favor. This is more of a risk but it can pay off in the long run. Take a look at CB Analytics new products page. This gives you new Clickbank products when they are listed with Clickbank. Take a look through the products. Being brand new, it can be hard to tell if the product will make it or not. This is where the risk lies. However, take a look at the sales pages, the language. Use your best judgement and try to locate a product that you think will sell. Next, create a page related to that product on the following accounts:

Yes, I know…it already seems overwhelming. But, believe me, it really doesn’t take that long. Now, if you have a good jump on your competition, you can create blog names with the product’s name in the title (ie newproduct.blogspot.com, newproduct.wordpress.com, etc). Just make sure that the product name is in the title somewhere. If you want to take things one step further, purchase a domain and, once again, use the product’s name in the domain (newproductreview.com).

Write an Article for your Clickbank Product

Take some time an write an article (sales pitch/review) for the new Clickbank product. Once you are finished, you have pretty much taken care of all of the blogs listed above. Just change up the article each time to avoid duplicate content and you’re done! Now, if you have purchased a domain for your promotion, make sure that each of your pages link back to your new domain. If you decide not to purchase a domain, I, personally, would link all of your pages back to the Squidoo page. I feel that Squidoo ranks a little better than others with Google and Yahoo. When linking back, make sure you use the product name as the anchor. Finally, make sure that all of your pages contain your hoplink to the product so you don’t leave any sales on the table. After all is complete, consider using social bookmarking towards all of your sites. As long as you have the product name throughout in the title, description, and content, don’t be surprised if you find yourself ranking pretty high for the product you are promoting. Good luck!

Notes: Ezinearticles does not allow affiliate links so be sure to link to your domain or Squidoo. Wordpress has been cracking down on affiliate links also. Just be careful!

The Squidoo and Hubpages Influence

Squidoo and Hubpages…PR7 and PR6 consecutively. Let’s talk about these Web 2.0 collaborations and see how we can use these to our advantage.

Granted, these strategies are not new, but sometimes forgotten and/or undiscovered by new internet marketers. Squidoo & Hubpages are part of the Web 2.0 trend that involve blogging, social networking, podcasts, wikis, etc. These things have been around for quite some time but have really come into focus within the past couple of years. Squidoo & Hubpages kind of fit into the categories of blogging and social networking.

Squidoo’s description of Squidoo:

Squidoo is the world’s most popular site for building free, single pages about your passions. Highlight books, blogs, vids, online shops, or just spread the word about stuff you love. Bonus: you raise money (for you or charity) at the same time. It’s fast, free, and supereasy.

Hubpages description of Hubpages:

Simple to use, 100% free, HubPages allows you to:

  • Publish online with easy, non-techie tools
  • Be widely read thanks to the heavy internet traffic of HubPages
  • Create ongoing royalty opportunities

So, what’s the point?  Use these pages as a marketing tool, a backlink tool, and get visitors to your main site.  Both of these sites have become wise to affiliate links, so you need to point your links to your actual page instead of to an affiliate page (at least with Hubpages).  Put as much content into your pages as possible and use keywords throughout.

Project Wealthy Review

Ok, so I’m not going to use my site strictly as an avenue to promote products, but I will give unbiased reviews on products that I have bought, used, and implemented. Yes, this is a site about affiliate marketing, so it is only logical that I attach my ID to the product. ;-) Furthermore, the product that I will be talking about today is one that I feel strongly about as far as affiliate marketing success is concerned…

First of all, I just want to say that Norb Czufis, who created Project Wealthy, is brilliant! (Hmm, doesn’t sound unbiased, does it?) But seriously, this is the only product that I will give 100% props to. I can honestly say that Norb’s 11 years of internet marketing experience along with his insight into the workings of the industry, and mindset alone have contributed to much of my success as an affiliate marketer.

Listen, I’m not some guy trying to sell a product using money screenshots or sales statistics so I won’t go there. Am I hiding anything? No. I have not made millions, but I am making more than decent supplemental income with the tactics that have been shown to me by Project Wealthy. I am also not going to go into a sales pitch about the product because I feel I might do it an injustice! Just know this, if you are not making much money with affiliate marketing, this product is for you. The same also applies to the following (does this describe your situation?):

  • You are not sure what product(s) to promote
  • You haven’t made many or any sales on Clickbank
  • You have trouble writing sales letters
  • You need help building GREAT landing pages
  • You want to be able to market your products with videos
  • You haven’t had much success with Article Marketing
  • And on, and on, and on…

If you have trouble finding the motivation to become a successful marketer, this product will also help you.  I guarantee that you will find value in Project Wealthy and if you don’t (which I will find hard to believe), you will get your money back.

Wordpress optimization for your affiliate blog

There’s a few points I’d like to make here regarding WP and it’s benefits relating to search engine optimization. From personal experience, I can tell you that these methods will only help you in your affiliate marketing quest.

The #1 problem with trying to get a product visible to surfers is getting traffic. You can buy traffic (expired domain redirects, exchanges, etc.) all day or stumble till you fingers bleed, but chances are, you may not receive converting traffic. Now, you may have some success with PPC programs, but you will need to spend some money! Obviously, we would like to market our products as cheaply as possible.

The Internet Marketing Steep Learning Curve

We all started somewhere. Each of us were “newbies” or rookies at some point in our attempt to “make money online.” It was quite humorous looking back.  Here’s my rendition of how it went:

Ok, so you’ve actually been a user of the internet for years.  You play your online arcade games daily, check out some funny material on Ebaum’s World, and even look at a little porn now and then.  Oh, and don’t forget CNN.com or MSNBC.com (for when you needed a little structure in your web browsing habits).  You research topics online for your job or for school and get results that you thought were reputable, not knowing that it was rehashed content used to make money off of Adsense ads.

You check your email address everyday for funny videos, messages from your friends, or online bills.  One day, you visit a random site and sign up for their mailing list.  The next week, you are bombarded with JUNK!  However, one subject catches your eye: “Make money by doing what you do everyday.”   Huh? You read further.  Yes, you can actually get paid to surf websites!

No S@&%!!!  Damn, you’re going to be rich!

The next minute, you sign up and start surfing! 30 seconds later.  Look!  There’s $0.005 in your account!  Woohoo!!  Time passes and you realize that you need referrals to actually make this thing work.  (You’ve hit a milestone though - you are now up to $0.22.) Oh, but look, there is a place on this site where you can actually purchase referrals.  Show me the money!  So, you’re down $10 for x amount of referrals and none of them have any activity.  You go back to surfing for pennies and see a site that is even better.  Get paid to read emails.  What were you thinking…this one is the real winner!

You sign up as quick as you can, hoping to get your first batch of emails.  Day 1: 10 emails!  And these pay you more than the surfing or the ptc sites.  Day 2: 5 more emails. Day 3: 1 email.  Day 4, 5, 6: 0 emails.  Man, this is BS.  Day 7 rolls around with another email: This one email tells you how you can have a Ferrari and get lots of girls and have a huge home!  You’ve hit the jackpot bitches!

How can you possibly lose!  Look at the guy on the web page: he is probably your age, looks stupid, and he has made millions.  He has even shown proof of his Paypal account. Weird, the image kind of looks blurry, but you believe him.  This time, there is a little investment involved.  But, it is only a one time fee of $25 and then you can be a millionaire.  You pay your money and enter the site.  Looks good, has a lot of words, and some good testimonials (including photos).  You could have swore you saw that same couple pictured in a JCPenny catalog.   Maybe models are making money too!  Now, you need a downline.  Oh, you just remembered that you can place your site on the paid to click or surf pages that you started with.  Those fools!

A week passes by and your downline is empty.  Your page is only shown a few times on the ptc sites because you haven’t earned enough credits.  You go back to your “Making Millions if You Buy This Crappy Course” web page to regroup.  You find out that you are doing it completely wrong!  You don’t have the right tools.  But, for $19.99 a month, you can make some money using this “secret” information.  Alright, you are pissed!

You take a two week hiatus.   You are still stuck in your 9 to 5 and you know that people are making money online.  You browse some more, yet more cautiously.  Somehow, you find a pre-made, original content, affiliate website for sell on Ebay.  The seller tells you that you can make money from Amazon, from Adsense, and from the sell of an ebook.  He will even give you 8 bonus ebooks worth over $499.  Here comes your big break!

You get some decent information from 1 of the 8 free e-books that you receive and begin promoting your site.  You begin searching for your site through Google.  You search on page 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7…23, 24, 25, 26…this blows!  Hmm, what is this advertisement about? Google Adwords…I’ll check it out!  Long story short?  Two weeks later you have spent $87 and sold 1 ebook and a commission from Amazon for $0.65.

F—, Sh–, Damn, Sh–!

You are done.  You can’t take it anymore.  You search and search for more information, more insider material.  You click on a page where someone is giving some pretty valuable tips on internet marketing.  (Warning:  Plug ahead!) Digital Point Forums.  The rest is history.

Affiliate Marketing Product Success

I’m currently running a campaign for a specific Clickbank product (that I won’t mention) that I’m doing pretty well with! As far as commissions go, I believe that I’m doing quite well with this one! This campaign is actually an experiment from a technical standpoint using what has and has not worked for me in the past. I’m going to give this information to you for free!

Domain Name

Now, you will need to do some research for this to be effective. I would suggest that you purchase the product first so you may familiarize yourself with the ins and outs of it. If you can find a product that is either very popular or has keywords that are often searched, go with it. The popularity factor can be based on the name of the product or the author of the product. Let’s take Google Assassin for example. According to Clickbank, this product has a pretty high gravity, meaning it is popular among marketers. Now, here is where your research comes in. You need to find yourself a good keyword tool. I use SEO Book’s Keyword Suggestion tool. Typically, you can find other keywords or phrases related to your program. Make sure that people are actually searching using these terms. Let’s say (I didn’t look) that Google Assassin comes back with the following results: Google Assassin reviews, Dayjob Killer Google Assassin, Google Assassin make money. Normally, people will tell you that long domain names are no good, but in this case, we will be using our domain name for long-tail keywords. Find out if any of those phrases are available and register one of them(i.e. GoogleAsassinMakeMoney.com). Now you are one up on SEO. Secondly, be sure to register a .com because it carries more weight.

If you choose to use a product with a popular author, do the same thing. Let’s assume that “John Smith” is a successful internet marketer and has put out some good products. First of all, place his name in a keyword tool just to make sure that he is being searched for. Next, repeat the steps listed above for the popular product. You could also add the name of the product to the author’s name (i.e. JohnSmithFastMoney.com) I just made that up, but you get the idea. The methods used above work well but you could also dig deeper and use keyword phrases only. If you can find some long-tail keywords with decent results related to what you are selling, register the .com (i.e. howtomakemoneyonlinequickly.com). Once again, make sure that enough people are actually searching for that phrase.

Landing Page

I’m not going to go into a lot of detail on this subject, but you need to make sure that you can sell to the potential buyer as quickly as possible. You don’t want the page to be to long, because they are going to be redirected to your hop page where they will have to read even more. Check some of your competitors pages and see what you are up against. Content is king, so you need to fill your page with your domain name keywords and any other keywords you may be targeting. Make it look natural and do not just stuff the page with keywords. I would also recommend placing an subscriber signup form on your page.

Marketing

This could turn out to be a long, drawn-out paragraph here, but I’ll spare you the details. This is what works for me:

Submit an original article to EzineArticles.com. Change the article up a bit using Jetspinner.com or similar, and then submit to other popular article sites. Digg your articles as they become available.

Create a Squidoo Lens (keyword rich) on your subject and link back to your landing page. StumbleUpon your Lens. Get others to do the same.

Create a blogger page (keyword rich) and create a brand new article about the product you are selling. Digg the article. Link back to your landing page.

(Optional) You can use adwords, but only use long-tail keywords that cost you pennies to run (assuming little competiton).

Let me know if anyone tries this method. I can’t guarantee results, but as I said, it has worked for me!
